Julie Winterton – Personal Trainer

Julie has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade as a Personal Trainer and Life Coach after been recruited by one of the UK’s leading personal trainers for her skill in working with, supporting and motivating people. Julie offers an holistic, non-judgemental approach to training and particularly enjoys working with people who have struggled with making the right lifestyle choices or changes.

Julie has trained in: Kinetic Chain Assessments, BodyMAP-ing, and MindMAP-ing; is a qualified yoga instructor having trained with Sivananda and Sun Power Yoga and in pregnancy yoga; and is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (College of Naturopathic Medicine). Julie incorporates this extensive training into her Personal Training, Life Coaching and Nutritional Therapy sessions, offering clients a more integrative approach to their health, fitness and wellbeing.

Julie is also passionate about working with women at key life stages, offering nutritional and fitness support around fertility, pregnancy, hormone balancing and menopause.

Julie is available for Personal Training, private yoga lessons, Life Coaching and Nutritional Therapy consultations.
