Our Ante Natal and Post Natal pilates classes are run by our women’s health physiotherapists.
They will help you:
- Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy
- Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy
- Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
- Improve your posture
- Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
- Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
These classes are unique as they are delivered by our qualified physiotherapists to help guide and instruct you, ensuring you exercise safely during pregnancy and after you have had your baby.
The Ante and Post Natal programmes are run separately as one hour sessions run weekly. We only have 6 people maximum in each class. They incorporate exercises, stretches and discussions on different topics such as how to regain your core muscles and flat tummy after pregnancy. All you need to continue exercising during and after pregnancy.
What you need to bring
We will provide you with all the equipment you need. You need to wear comfortable clothing. We have changing and shower facilities at the studio.
£14.00 per individual class
£60.00 for a block of 5 classes (which can be used for any of our classes)
£100.00 for a block of 10 classes (which can be used for any of our classes)

The Post Natal class runs on a Tuesday at 11am and 3pm and Thursday at 11am
The Ante Natal class runs on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 12pm.
