Yoga

Yoga is a great form of exercise. It helps with posture, stamina and an excellent alternative to pilates.  With a little bit of practise, yoga can increase flexibility by stretching the soft tissues like tendons and ligaments thus giving you a better range or movements.

Here at Tatami health our yoga classes consist of no more than 8 people, this allows us to give you a better outcome at the end and to for you to get more out of each class. We also provide basic Yoga equipment, so theres no need to bring your own mat!
